Adjunct Professor of Islamic Art-Lake Forest College

We seek an instructor to teach our Topics in Islamic Art course in Fall 2019. We understand that the field spans incredible historical breadth and geographical diversity, and thus, are open to balancing necessary survey material with targeted and/or thematic interests. As a small, liberal-arts college, prior teaching experience is an absolute must. We are open to ABD candidates with a strong record of teaching. A highly selective liberal arts college located on Chicago’s North Shore, Lake Forest College enrolls approximately 1,600 students from more than 40 states and from more than 70 countries.
